Here’s how to clean your femdisc:

1. First, rinse your silicone menstrual disc or cup with cold water.

2. Add a generous pump of femdisc foam cleanser to the disc, add a little warm water, and thoroughly clean all surfaces.

3. Rinse the disc well with warm water and let it dry for a moment before reinserting it ✨

Be sure to remove, empty, and clean your reusable menstrual disc at least every 12 hours 💛
