Can I have sex with the femdisc in?Updated 16 hours ago

You can wear the femdisc during sex too ❤️
It doesn't create suction, sits higher up in the vaginal fornix below the cervix, and hooks securely behind the pubic bone.

During arousal and sex, the vaginal canal lengthens. This means the menstrual disc can be worn without getting in the way or shifting. Usually, neither you nor your partner will feel the disc ✨

Don't worry: your femdisc can't get "lost" inside your body. The vagina is closed off at the top by the cervix. After sex, you should wait about 1 hour for everything to relax again before removing the disc as usual.

Take your time and be gentle – every body is different. If you use lubricant, make sure to use a water-based one, since oil-based products can damage the silicone over time.
It's best to empty your femdisc before sex and clean it afterward with femdisc foam cleanser or another mild soap 🫧

Please note: the femdisc is not a contraceptive. So be sure to also use your preferred method of contraception. If you're unsure whether your birth control method is compatible with a disc, it's best to talk to your doctor.

*The femdisc does not prevent pregnancy and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
