You can simply use water as a lubricant. Just moisten the femdisc with warm water before inserting – that’s often enough 💧

If you’d also like to use a lubricant, make sure it’s water-based and suitable for vaginal use.

Please don’t use oil-based lubricants such as coconut oil. Over time, these can attack the silicone, shorten the lifespan of your femdisc, and also disrupt the natural pH of your vagina ✨
