We offer 2 different sizes.

• The regular femdisc has a capacity of 60ml and a diameter of 70mm.
• The small femdisc has a capacity of 40ml and a diameter of 65mm.

The right size for you mostly depends on the height of your cervix. If it sits fairly low, we recommend the femdisc Small. If it sits average to high, the femdisc Regular is usually the better fit.

To figure this out, you can gently feel inside your vagina with a clean finger. The cervix sits at the end of the vaginal canal. If your cervix sits higher, it helps to simply squat down to reach it. Once you can't go any further, you're there. You should feel a small, smooth circle – it feels a bit like pursed lips.

If your cervix sits at under about 4.5 cm, the femdisc Small is usually the better choice. If it sits higher, the Regular is generally the better fit.

If you're not sure, you can also try both sizes – for example with our disposable discs. That way you can find your perfect fit nice and relaxed, or you keep both sizes in case the height of your cervix changes over the course of your cycle 💛
